The Data Monitoring Committee will be responsible for the development of strict procedures for the monitoring of study findings and the detection of adverse events through the activities of WP 05 Study monitoring and Ethics and WP 11 Data Management and Dissemination. Whenever appropriate, it will consult the consortium and make recommendations as to improve their performance.
